The Oakhurst RV Park project, a visionary hospitality endeavor, is poised to transform the 38.62-acre Sky Ranch property into a haven for travelers seeking low-cost camping accommodations. This ambitious undertaking involves a general plan amendment to transition the existing Rural Residential (RR) land use designation to Agriculture (A), while retaining the Planned Development District (PDD) zoning.

At the heart of this project lies the provision of diverse camping options, catering to an array of preferences and requirements. The development is set to include 93 full hookup RV sites, 49 cozy cabins, 35 well-equipped campsites, 17 convenient walk-in sites, and 14 captivating tree house sites. Complementing these accommodations are a host of enticing site amenities, such as a check-in office/storage facility, a welcoming pool house lodge, a refreshing pool and spa, modern restrooms, an inviting clubhouse, scenic walking trails, and expansive natural open spaces. The project will be thoughtfully executed in multiple phases, with Phase 1 constituting the bulk of the development. Phase 2 will bring the remaining elements to fruition.
