9th & Pace Longmont project will comprise 11.59 acres and will contain 120 townhome units with private fenced-in backyards at each unit. The complex will be comprised of 24-two-story residential buildings, with 5 units in each building, as well as a 2,750 SF clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor fire pits and BBQs, and two pocket parks, one including a playground.
