Thomas specializes in infrastructure and earthwork analysis at the planning and design stages, as well as management of complex grading and development projects.

Credentials

Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Previous

Prior to joining QTative, Thomas worked for Sukut Construction, where he gained experience in residential grading, solar sites, wet utilities, water quality features, detention basins, and highway widening projects. His responsibilities included CAD modeling, estimating budgets, negotiating contracts, and evaluating costs for construction projects with a total value of over $100 million.
