QTative managed the entitlement and development coordination for a ~3.7-acre student housing project in Fort Collins, Colorado, featuring 68 apartment units (136 beds) across five buildings. Located less than a mile from Colorado State University, the project required planned development approval, standards modifications, and comprehensive permitting including building and grading. Designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood, the community is now constructed and occupied, serving as a walkable, student-focused housing solution.
