The Shops at Folsom Ranch is located in the Folsom Ranch Development in Folsom, CA. The project is located south of Highway 50 on Alder Creek Parkway and includes 157,200 GSF of retail space over the span of three parcels equating to approximately 27.79-acres, including a hotel and grocery anchored gas station. The project will consist of a major grocery tenant, drive-thru's, restaurants, and a variety of brick-and-mortar retail tenants. The first phase of the Shops opened in Q4 2023.
