Cameron Park, California

Cameron Meadows is a residential community located in Cameron Park California, and is a noteworthy subdivision project that exemplifies our dedication to addressing housing needs and adhering to housing legislation. Leveraging the Housing Accountability Act, the Housing Crisis Act (Senate Bill 330), and the State Density Bonus Law, this project has yielded 161 single-family residential lots, ranging from 6,300 square feet (SF) to 16,668 SF in size. Sixteen of these lots now feature attached accessory dwelling units (ADUs), accounting for 10 percent of the total dwelling units, and are deed-restricted to serve low-income households, maximizing the benefits offered by the State Density Bonus Law (SDBL).

Achieving a density of 1.55 dwelling units per acre, well within the allowable range specified by the High Density Residential (HDR) designation of the General Plan, the project spans 104 acres adjacent to Rasmussen Park, east of Mira Loma Drive, and north of Carousel Lane in the Cameron Park area, Supervisorial District 4. This successful endeavor underscores our commitment to housing solutions and compliance with relevant housing legislation, contributing positively to the community.
