Jessica's portfolio at Q'tative is diverse, covering nine projects that include a breadth of entitlement work such as Development Application processes, Master Plan communities, Zone Changes, General Plan Amendments, Annexations, and more. Her adept handling of Regulatory Permitting, including monitoring environmental permits and facilitating public outreach efforts, underscores her comprehensive expertise in the field. Prior to Qtative, Jessica was an Assistant Project Manager for TK Consulting where she played an instrumental role on numerous projects and was known for her great communication skills and follow through.

Beginning her career as a junior loan officer, Jessica transitioned into property management, where she excelled in managing commercial and mixed-use portfolios across the nation. Her responsibilities ranged from managing a commercial portfolio, financial planning, asset management reporting, and daily operations oversight. Jessica's experience in tenant improvements, capital expenditures, and retail real estate redevelopment showcases her versatile skill set. She continues to maintain her real estate license, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to staying abreast of the real estate market.

Outside of her professional life, Jessica is deeply engaged with her family and the great outdoors, finding joy in activities such as hiking, camping, and beach visits.
