Jaren Nuzman serves as a Senior Project Manager at Q'tative, where he brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. His responsibilities encompass conducting due diligence for proposed projects, engaging with local jurisdictions, agencies, partners, consultants, and contractors to ensure residential projects are successfully navigated through the entitlement process and construction phase. Jaren's expertise in project management, coupled with his strategic approach to development and construction, has been pivotal in advancing Q'tative’s objectives and achieving outstanding results in complex project deliveries.
Jaren's career in the construction and real estate development industry is distinguished by significant achievements and roles prior to joining Q'tative. After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and a Master's in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, Jaren embarked on a professional journey at Standard Pacific Homes from 2002 to 2016. He ascended from an Assistant Construction Manager to a Construction Manager, and ultimately to a Regional Offsite Purchasing role, demonstrating his leadership and expertise in managing various home construction projects and overseeing bidding and contracting processes. In 2016, Jaren joined Lennar as a Land Development Purchasing Manager and later as a Project Manager, where he excelled in land development contracts procurement and negotiation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to fulfill business and development goals.
Outside of his professional life, Jaren is an avid outdoorsman, finding solace and rejuvenation in nature through activities like hiking, camping, and mountain biking. These hobbies reflect his passion for exploring and enjoying the natural environment, complementing his professional work in developing and constructing spaces that harmonize with their surroundings.
