Heather is a seasoned real estate professional with over seventeen years of industry experience. She began her career in 2007 at a major public REIT, where she quickly developed expertise across a broad array of asset classes.

In 2010, Heather relocated to California with the REIT, playing a pivotal role in entitling and monetizing a significant land portfolio. Her skillful management of a complex entitlement project in Los Angeles led to her promotion to Vice President in 2012. Throughout her tenure at the REIT, Heather gained extensive experience in asset strategy, entitlements, team management, and transaction coordination.

In 2018, she transitioned to the role of Director of Land Development for a private oil company, leading planning and entitlement initiatives for oil field redevelopment projects in California. This position further honed her ability to navigate complex development processes and deepened her understanding of the intersection between public policy, community engagement, and government relations in shaping project outcomes.

In 2023, Heather joined TK Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where she continues to leverage her comprehensive expertise in entitlement strategy, team leadership, investment underwriting, and government relations. Her strategic insights and proven leadership make her an invaluable asset in guiding projects to successful completion.
