Credentials

Eric holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from University of California, Irvine. He is a licensed California real estate professional and a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Previous

Prior to joining QTative, Eric was a Vice President for Lehman Brothers. He was directly responsible for the management and disposition of commercial and residential land assets throughout California encompassing over 13,000 acres and 10,000 residential units with a total value of over $250 million. Eric also worked for KB Home in land acquisition for the Southern California Division and as a project manager responsible for the entitlement and development of urban in-fill communities in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
