Currently, Autumn is applying her vast experience in development and construction to forward planning, entitlement processes, and permitting for residential, commercial and RV Park projects at Q'tative. Her role involves negotiating contracts, defining scopes of work, and managing design teams, municipalities, contractors, and client relationships. Known for her integrity and personable approach, Autumn has earned respect and appreciation from her colleagues and clients alike, contributing to her notable achievements in streamlining operations and enhancing project outcomes.

Outside of her professional life, Autumn enjoys exploring the great outdoors, engaging in activities such as hiking and biking. She is also an avid reader, with a keen interest in architectural history and design trends. These hobbies reflect her passion for understanding environments both built and natural, further enriching her expertise in her field.

Previous

Autumn's career in development and construction spans over two decades, predominantly in California. She began as a Project Coordinator for a design-build firm north of San Diego, focusing on small residential developments. After moving to the Palm Springs area, she advanced to a Project Manager, working on residential communities and custom homes. She then joined TK Consulting where she expanded her expertise into project management for a wide range of commercial, residential and hospitality projects. Known for transforming mismanaged projects into profitable ones, her career is marked by a commitment to efficiency, organization, and client satisfaction. Autumn's work has covered structurally complex luxury residences, meticulous historic renovations, and extensive client engagement.
