Previous

Prior to joining QTative, Andrew was a Director of Forward Planning at Lennar Homes, handling acquisitions, financial analysis, joint ventures, project management, and asset management. He secured approvals for master-planned communities and in-fill subdivisions, navigating contested entitlements, CEQAs, resource agency permits, and discretionary approvals. Andrew frames entitlements in the context of public policy priorities and knows when to seek cooperation versus alternative postures.
