Andre is experienced in heavy civil project management and QA/QC.  He specializes in grading and infrastructure installation. 

Credentials

Andre has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona. He is also certified in special inspection by ACI and ICC.

Previous

Prior to joining QTative, Andre worked for Sukut Construction where he worked on complex projects ranging from roadway expansions to residential grading and infrastructure installation including sewer, storm drain, water, dry utilities, pump stations, large domestic water holding tanks, concrete structures, erosion control, paving, and sitework. His responsibilities included estimating, project management, budgeting, and vendor/subcontractor proposal evaluation for projects with a total value of over $50 million.
